The Watkins Passport

The Passport serves as your student ID, both on and off campus. In addition, funds can be loaded onto the card to be used in the campus café and in the campus print center. Additional funds can be added at any time and use of funds monitored 24 hrs a day/7 days a week through the links below . Additional vendors who will accept funds from the card are expected to be added as the semester progresses.
All monies belong to the student. Any balance will automatically carry over each semester as long as the student is a member of the college community and refunded, less a small processing fee, when the student leaves the college.

Create Your Passport Account:

The first step is to log in at the password change site http://password.watkins.edu and change your temporary password, which was provided in your orientation packet. That password is good for 30 days only and should be changed as soon as possible. If the temporary password has expired, please contact the Watkins IT department at [email protected]
Once you have your Watkins Passport card you may go online to the Account Center at http://passport.watkins.edu and select ‘Activate Cards.’ When your card has been activated you may add funds or set up an ‘auto reload’ function from a credit or debit card. It is not necessary to add value to your Watkins Passport.

Adding Funds:

You can add funds to your Passport at any time via the web, or specific times by phone using your debit or credit card.  In addition, an auto-reload feature can be used to add funds automatically at a specific time.

Supporting a Student

Your family and friends may add value to your account if you give them your student ID number. This is the 7-digit number directly below your name on the Watkins Passport.

Report Lost Passport:

The account can be suspended immediately and value transferred to a new card. If lost you may log in to the Account Center at http://passport.watkins.edu or by calling (888) 219-5536 8 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday.
